The Cella Kids Study table is a blend of the rack, drawer, cupboard, and a foldable table together. It is a high space usage compact unit designed for multi-purposes. The solid wood shelf has five drawers, among them, four are equal in sizes; and the other one is slightly bigger, keeping in mind the varying space needs. It has a cupboard on the left side at the bottom. Further, the compartments are sliced into different sizes, as one unfolds the opening above, based on the stacking needs of the users. The functioning of the table is smooth due to hydraulic and magnets mechanism. All the handles are flushed pull. In addition to this, there is open storage space at the top.

Placing Order : Please check the dimensions of your entrance/door to your premise before buying, so that there is no problem in getting the product inside at the time of delivery. In such a situation, we will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests. Certain items require no assembly and can be used as-is. For this, please check the item details. Wherever we assist with assembly, the carpenter visits will be scheduled.

At the Time of Delivery : Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free installation process.

Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address.

Delivery Missed: In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation. Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries. Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this time line, Urbnfurnish shall be free to charge or cancel the order.

Damages : Urbnfurnish’s delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. Please contact us immediately if You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at [email protected]

Damage & defect : Analysis will be done in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the policy of Urbnfurnish, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Urbnfurnish, to address the issue.

Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth; using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood might lead to minor scratches.

To avoid minor scratches which may hamper the finish of your furniture avoid sliding or passing items placed on your tabletop.

Try and use a tablecloth or any thick quality cloth on your dining table or any other table which is subject to daily and heavy use.

Do not keep warm or cold items directly on a furniture surface; instead use a hot pad or coasters; please do not keep hot items like a tawa or baking dish even on a hot pad.

To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.

Avoid placing items like burning candles or irons on any furniture as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run, make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.

In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill.

Warranty Terms:

Urbnfurnish furniture is designed and manufactured to provide years of dependable service under normal circumstances and use.

Urbnfurnish warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product per the specific terms of our warranty.

The product comes with a 36 months warranty against manufacturing defects in materials that have been used.The warranty does not cover damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.

In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose. Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty, In addition, any claim for seasonal splits, joints opening is not covered under warranty.
